Artist Studio Website: Stacy Latt Savage

Stacy Latt Savage is a distinguished sculptor and educator with a multi-decade body of incredible work. We worked together to design a site that showcase the depth of her work and longevity of her impressive artistic practice without the site feeling like an endless chronological archive. We organized all of her her work into categories by concept, and selected the most impressive and cohesive groups of work for each category. We built the site around this structure, using galleries to showing off the groups as a whole, and slideshows within the galleries for detail images of individual works. Instagram integration was important for this client, so we utilized social media integration to create a gallery that brings the documentation of her constantly evolving studio practice to her website. We also included an updates page that keeps her audience up to date with ongoing shows and accomplishments.
